The average home build will take 6-9 months, depending on the complexity of the home plan & time of year. You’ll receive updates in our customer portal throughout the process!

Welcome to your brand new home! We’ll schedule a final walk through before closing and get final draw paperwork finalized!

New Home Warranty


We’re here for you even after you move in! All of our newly constructed homes come with a one year warranty that covers our workmanship throughout the home! We take great pride in the quality of our work but, we understand that issues may arise. Should you need to submit a warranty request, please access our service request form below.

Manufacture Warranty


Our homes are built with high-quality materials, and we stand by the products we use. Each of our homes are backed by a manufacturer’s warranty that covers specific components and materials. For detailed information on what is included, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty detail.

Our Maintenance Tips

    • Clean or replace your HVAC filters as needed.

    • Inspect under sinks, around toilets, and around faucets/shower heads for evidence of any leaks.

    • Ensure your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are functioning properly.

    • Inspect exterior for any water pooling near the foundation and ensure gutters/downspouts are clear of any debris.

    • Inspect the grout and caulking in bathrooms and kitchen for cracks or gaps.

    • Inspect your roof for any missing or damaged shingles, especially after storms.

    • Deep clean carpets to remove dirt, allergens, and stains that regular vacuuming might miss.

    • Have your HVAC system inspected and serviced by a professional to extend it's lifespan.

    • Test and reset GFCIs to ensure they're functioning properly.

    • Examine your roof and chimney for signs of wear and check the attic for signs of leaks or pests.

    • Flush a few gallons of water from your water heater to remove sediment buildup and prolong the lifespan.

    • Have your septic system serviced regularly to ensure it's working properly and prolong it's lifespan.

    • Walk around your home to look for cracks in the foundation and address any concerns to prevent structural issues.

    • Inspect your driveway and walkways for cracks or damage and apply a sealant to protect them from weather-related wear.

    • Completely drain and flush your water heater to remove sediment buildup.

    • Inspect caulking around windows, doors, and other exterior openings to keep your home energy-efficient.

    • Inspect and clean dryer vent system, including the hose and exterior vent for lint buildup and blockages.
